Rob and his team are an amazing group of folks. Not only are they well organized but ridiculously efficient. My girl and I moved two homes into one over a 3 day period covering 3 towns and McCarthy's made what I thought would be a disaster into a smooth operation.
I cannot say enough accolades about McCarthy Moving & Storage Company beginning with the owner Rob and his employees. They were total professionals beginning at time when they arrived at my house. The job was a big one with many rooms of heavy furniture and boxes and they moved everything with utmost care. I never for one moment was concerned about the safety of my belongings. I needed to have furniture moved to another town and swapped out and the owner Rob, and one of his associates took care of the transfer and set it up personally. I respect an owner who works as hard as their employees to keep their clients needs met while working in an acceptable and relatively quick time frame. They shrunk wrap and whenever necessary used wrapping blankets to protect items. I would advise anyone to contact this stand up moving company to utilize for their moving needs. Kiddos job well done!
These guys were amazing. Friendly, fast, efficient, and they actually took care not to damage anything. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was where we wanted it and even helped us put pads on our furniture's feet (we moved from a carpeted apartment to hardwoods). The workers were friendly and arrived on time in both locations. I cannot recommend them enough!
McCarthy’s came recommended to me and I highly recommend them – just a fantastic experience. I interacted with someone (a real person!) over the website chat feature, Rob, and two movers from his team for our actual move. They were all professional, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Rob came over to provide us a quote which was quick and affordable. Rob is such a joy to work with, he made himself available around my schedule in all of our communications and was flexible with dates and timing that moved around. By the day of the move, I had complete faith and didn’t stress one bit. Everything went smoothly and they even provided pads for the bottoms of our dining chairs. Overall the level of care and service they provide is top notch!
