Today I went to go into my unit to get a document I needed and I realized I lost my keys to my lock on my unit Thank God the office was open and Chris was there to help me get a new lock and cut my old lock off He recommended a different lock to avoid losing my keys again
Walked in yesterday to learn about the process, and after speaking with Chris I’m pretty sure I will be storing here if my need arises.
Hi so when I open up my account Tina was the rep She went above and beyond to help me and made me feel very comfortable and confined to my things were safe in this facility
Honestly this place is a great place to store my belongings but Tina and Chris make it that much better they are both so friendly and helpful and always professional
Tina is the only person I usually talk to regarding my account. Either over the phone or in person she is always very professional and polite. She is the reason I stay with Extra Space at the Weymouth MA location. She works very hard and deserves a raise.
Tina has helped me on several occasions.... She’s very helpful & courteous whenever I need her assistance. The facility is always clean & well lit. This is not a typical storage facility..... They exceed expectations.
