You wait at LEAST an hour to be seen and that is with an appointment. Also, I feel like the doctors over book or are overwhelmed with their case load because the patient attention and follow-up doesn't exist. That being said, I felt like my doctor was excellent! I'm torn, because I feel comfortable with the medical advice. It's unfortunate, because it's more of a problem how the office in general is run. It is not worth the trouble to wait over an hour for an appointment, then to chat as fast as I can for 10 mins to the doctor, then if I call for any reason to discuss test results or issues no one can help me, according to the front desk. I am thinking of switching to a more patient focused office.
Had Dr. Ibriham for my sons tonsil and adenoids surgery. He was amazing. He walked us through the entire procedure and my sons surgery was fast and efficient. His recovery was fast and only had mild normal pain. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with ENT needs.
I do not recommend to anyone. There is a Doctor named Lee , she is very unfriendly, unprofessional and very incompetent. Went multiple times for the bleeding nose problem and she is definitely saying or doing the right thing.

I was charged $850 for a 15 minute doctor's visit at Mass Eye and Ear in Weymouth, to be told to use the netti pot daily. There was a $550 charge for what they called a 'procedure' that consisted of looking in my nose with a lighted stick for literally 2 seconds in each nostril. My insurance classified it as 'surgery' on the bill. The office visit was $300. I am disgusted. It isn't right.
Difficult getting through on the phone to make an appointment. Over a month to wait for appointment. Received call day of appointment stating that the Dr. called in sick and that the next available appointment would be over a month out. I understand that people get sick, but find it unacceptable that better accommodations could not have been made to reschedule. - 6/16/17: Katy & Lynn both followed up and did a great job trying to rework me in the schedule. I want it to speak with the manager facility and was there at 3.30 PM on Friday and there was no manager even there working hours are 8-5.
