I have always gotten excellent care in a timely manner. They are very professional and take the time to listen to the patient.
Closes at 8. Called beforehand. Told to get there by 7:30. I rush to get there just before 7:30. Wait 20 minutes after filling out paperwork. Secretary tells me they close at 8 and cannot see me tonight. I would never have gone there if I knew this. If this is your definition of closing, then just say your closing at 7 or 7:30. Don’t make people drive there, register, make them wait, then tell them the doctor can’t see you. The doctor also came over and lectures me how they’ve been here since 9 am. How is that my problem? If you want to close early then just be up front. I work long days too sometimes. I don’t complain about it to my customers. I luckily got last appointment at ss medical. Will never go here again.
Everyone was friendly, receptionist, nurse, and doctor. I was treated well and was in and out in an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
I have been there three times for 3 very different issues and always been treated well and promptly. Last time my 90 year old mother was seen for a fall resulting in a 6 inch skin tear and torn finger tendon. Dr. Eng. took great care of her, patiently explaining the process and gently cleansing the wound and referring her to a specialist for follow up care.
