Went in for a emergency tire repair, no appointment, AAA recommended this repair shop. I couldn’t have been treated better. I was offered a ride home, but I opted to wait in the quaint little waiting room, I was kept company but a lovely young lady that made sure I was comfortable. All and all I spent 30 lovely min waiting and was very happy with the service.
I had an AC issue which even the dealership could not diagnose after a day of looking at it.

I went to Preferred and Dean there was able to quickly find the problem an fix for a fraction of the dealer's quote.
