I recently moved to the Weymouth area and someone recommended JB Auto for car service. Paul was extremely helpful and the technician performed an inspection and oil change on my car. Paul said my 2011 car was in great shape and nothing else was needed. I will certainly return there for service. I am so glad he was honest and didn't try to recommend additional car work to an older women.
Didn’t have a great experience here and will not ever go back. Tried to charge me 10 times what my repair actually should have cost. Took it for a second opinion and the other shop charged me $125 for a repair JB Auto quoted me for $1200... just because a woman comes in to your shop doesn’t mean you should try to make her feel stupid and try to trick her into paying 10 TIMES THE PRICE OF THE ACTUAL REPAIR!!? Dishonest and untrustworthy and I do not recommend them.
EXCELLENT service. The service writer Stephen knows what he is talking about and explains things on your level. My vehicle was fixed promptly and has never run better! Go here for an oil change, great value especially since they include a free tire rotation.
I have gone there for several different automobiles. They are honest and seem very knowledgeable with the services they provide. I have been very happy them.
