Sent an email directly to the email address provided on their web site on March 31 for a quote. I still have the email to prove it. 10 days later, no response whatsoever. Can't comment on their plumbing skills but their communication skills are seriously lacking. This seems to be the case with most plumbers, electricians, etc., and they always later say they never got the email. Funny, since they always get the email advising them a review was posted. Ignoring a potential customer demonstrates a profound lack of respect for one's time and potential business and should never be standard practice. If business is so good you cannot keep track of incoming emails then hire another person and help the local economy at the same time.
