Brought our long haired cat in for a summer lion cut and Jeff was fabulous. You can tell he's a true animal lover and it was evident when 3 dogs came in to be groomed and they jumped all over him. Our cat looks wonderful, and with any cat you can't tell if she's happy, but I certainly am. We'll definitely be back!

Jeff is amazing!! My pup desperately needed his teeth cleaned. Jeff, first of all, greeted Cosmo as if he were his own. Holding him, petting him, talking to him to make him comfortable (he shakes a lot when scared)! Second, he thought I just wanted teeth done but when I said I was hoping for a quick grooming he did it no problem, no scheduling problem, etc. Finally, Cosmo's teeth look AMAZING, completely white! His breath is even better!!! AND both the teeth cleaning and grooming was half the price of what the vet quoted is for just his teeth! I highly recommend Lucky Dog and Jeff! Thanks, Jeff! We'll be back!
