Pizzas are always great
Terrible food... ordered fish & chips and got fish & onion rings, also ordered a steak & cheese with nothing on it but bacon and got one with lettuce & tomatoes... will never waste my hard earned money on this place again.. don't know how they have 4 stars they deserve 2 stars!
Just placed an order over the phone and the gentleman taking my order was extremely pleasant, accommodating and thorough! Kudos
Great food and great experience, called to order a delivery said what I wanted and when the guy on the line was telling me the price he said "it'll be $147.16 but we'll wave the $100 charge since it's the weekend." I personally found this hilarious and will continue to order from Napoli!
We order from here at least three time a month and recently when I was on my way home from E.R. visit we stopped here to grab our children dinner.. the gentleman (whom usually waits on me) went above and beyond for my husband. He informed them I was in the car feeling ill and not only did they make our order in record time but he also carried it out to us (in the parking lot), placed it in our back seat and took the time to tell me he hoped I felt better soon.. To us, little things like that, we'll never forget. We Highly recommend ordering here!
Pizza was fine but there were employees smoking out front which made the whole place smell like cigarettes. Don't dine in.
