I politely requested they at least DRY them, and they blamed "the new girl", Never apologized for the error, agreed to do the items over, but would not tell me if there would be any additional charges, when I asked, and when I picked them up a second time, they snapped at me, "they are no cleaner than they were the first time!" TO which I retorted, "Well at least they are DRY this time right?"

If your washing your own items, it's ok as a laundromat. Albeit expensive. I would not recommend you EVER use them as a cleaning service!
For one thing the staff persons are extremely rude, don't bother being polite and courteous, they don't speak civilly to anyone!
Great laundrymat, as they put all new machines in. I'm coming here from now on!!!
But whats worse, they don't know how to launder clothing. I have used them only once, but my items came back dirty and WET!

The tenant there was unprofessional on the way she behave. Constantly staring at certain people but also avoiding or seemingly annoyed at people looking back at her or asking question.
