Their delivery service is a nightmare and if you call with a question, you will get put on hold forever or quickly disconnected. Forget about seeking assistance for something thats out of stock or up in the overhead. This place is a ghost town. Stay away from the transparent valspar and olympic paints! I only go here to get whirlpool house water filters that i cant find at Home Depot.
Comments from people like Tommy Sands make me laugh because he probably had one bad experience and is now taking it to every level. Valspar has never been transparent.. Olympic assure is the cheapest paint so of course it's going to be bad quality.. you get what you pay for. Olympic one is very good enamel. I buy all my paint from Lowe's and had great experiences. Never had a problem with phone service either.
There's a reason why this Lowe's is always empty. Unhelpful and condescending customer service. Inventory is always incorrect. Most of the staff just don't care. They may say in stock but really it's anyone's guess. This has happened multiple times. You're better off going to Dedham or Quincy Lowe's or Home Depot. Don't waste your time here. Shame since they used to be great years ago.

Low stock of uncommon keys, only had 2 in stock of #77 and barely found second key, but very helpful in confirming key type etc
