My birthday was yesterday and I got my iPhone 8 as a gift to myself! The sales people are awesome! Honest and very good at what they do! Had an angry customer next to me who was yelling at the other people and the way they handled it was very professional even when they customer was screaming in their face and insulting them. Love this location!
All the employees are great from Pedro to Des. The store is always looking to help the customer unlike some others. The store has a very upbeat attitude and keeps the customer connected and in the loop.
Worst customer service ever. I went into the store to purchase two phones. I walked out without a purchase. The employee made me feel like I was a bother to her. She made no sales pitch, no offers, nothing. Clearly she didn't want to make a sale. I would prefer to give this store no stars but in order to post this review I have to give it at least one star. I will not be shopping here again.
The staff I met at this location (Gardy,Pedro and Tj) were all very friendly,funny,and extremely helpful.They were professional and helped me a pick out a good deal on a new phone(two new galaxy s8's and a free tablet). I was there for a good amount of time today but they made it a fun and enjoyable environment. I 10/10 recommend this T-mobile store to anybody. 5 stars all the way(:
So recently I went to transfer my data to my other phone since it was cracked. The employees have 0 effort in trying to transfer the data and came up with the conclusion where they couldn't help me. They offered to switch the SIM card to the new phone which they also messed up in. The SIM card turned out was placed in wrong when I got home and had to manually check out what was wrong. This place is highly not recommended a good place if you need help with your phone. These employees showed no work effort and were rude.
