This place was awuful they didnt give me the correct amount of nuggies and now im ratted that the stinky workers didnt give me the right amount of nuggies to me. Smh
Came here with my child and niece also my aunt came we ordered. everything was clean food came out correct kids went to play while the adults ate. My aunt then went to take a bite of her cheeseburger and found a hair in the middle of the bun I told her she should bring it back to the cashier where the manager had come over to assist the situation she did not want her money back she just wanted a new sandwich he told her it's just the bun and poked with his finger on the burger my aunt then proceeded to tell him well even if it is part of Burger bun you just put your hands all over my food he seemed aggravated and not trying to give her a new one I just find it rude that you bring your family and your money here and they make it seem like you're trying to get over on them when we just want fresh good food that we paid for. The Manger working should learn some customers service because there was no need to make it seem like nothing was wrong and my aunt and I did not see hair when there was a strand or hair or fabric or what not but u don't argue with the customer
DO NOT CONSUME FOOD HERE!!! Giant sewer rat infestation. When I told the worker she smiled and nodded. Ummm ok? Gross!!!!! I saw hundreds. They were all over the parking lot. I’m not kidding. People do not! If you don’t believe me, drive over late night and see for yourself. They’re the size of small cats.
They were very rude and proceeded to insult me for my love of pokemon and they kept on fat shaming me.
It's nice cool place. Staff are so much friendly. Very good for kids as they have play area inside . Restrooms were limited. Was about to leave as all the restroom were occupied.Its big and enough for birthday party. I along with my kids loved this place.
